Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise Rehabilitation

Exercise rehabilitation is a vital regimen for those experiencing chronic disease, injuries or disabilities.  We seek to improve body function, health and quality of life through proper exercise and physical activity.  We work closely with patients to restore or improve function, and to prevent new occurrences, relapses or further progression of a condition.

Benefits of rehabilitation:

  • Increase of spinal strength and stability
  • Increase of spinal muscle balance and coordination
  • Increase of joint function and flexibility
  • Increase of the function of the ankle, knee, and hip as it relates to balance.
  • Increase in response and recruitment of the core muscles while using the joints and muscles of the hips and legs
